What to know

Safe and Trusted Canada connects Canadian consumers and businesses. Our website is in English; use your browser’s translation feature to view it in another language. We are BBB accredited. See our BBB report

We create Information Only Profiles from publicly available business information. Business owners can manage their information through their own account or request removal. Consumers can search by business name, location, phone number, services and Trust Factors. City and Town listings identify communities served, while Trade Areas include surrounding communities. Every business can access any trade area in Canada. A contractor can access other trade areas, but may need a municipal license for those areas. A company that markets to other trade areas to draw consumers to its business location needs a municipal license only for its trade area. There are city trade areas and provincial trade areas. The number of city or town trade areas depends on the subscription type and if the business purchases extra trade areas with Extended Visibility. The letters TA after a city or town name identify a trade area. For example, Saskatoon TA can include Saskatoon and the surrounding area. Some trade areas are marked as a Trade Area because of the population or location of the city or town. Explore listings across Canada.

Consumer information

At Safe and Trusted Canada, we value honest and helpful feedback from real customers. If you’ve had a paid service or purchase with any business listed on our site, you’re welcome to leave one review for that business. To share your experience, sign in to your account and submit your review. Your insights help other Canadians make confident decisions when choosing trusted businesses. See More. How reviews are handled. https://safeandtrusted.com/content.php?id=6027 If a business does not have an account on our platform, only your rating will be displayed. When a business does have an account, it can approve your review content and even thank you directly for sharing your feedback. Every business listing indicates that the consumer needs to protect their interests at all times. Safe and Trusted Canada does not recommend, accredit, promote or validate any business. The Site provides public links to review sites that permit us to publish those links. Subscription types give business owners different advertising options, but the Site does suggest that credibility determines the subscription level. The company and the consumer entirely determine transactions with each other. Safe and Trusted Canada does not mediate complaints, issues, or concerns. Seek legal advice for complex transactions. Protect your interests, as the removal of the business may occur at any time. See all subscription types for Businesses. https://safeandtrusted.com/for_business_subscription_types.php
